Agreement

By using Gametime (the website at gametime.so and the Android TV application), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The Service

Gametime lets you create and play party games on your TV or streaming device. We provide:

• A web interface to create and manage games
• AI-generated game content based on your inputs
• An Android TV app to display games on your TV

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login credentials. You're responsible for all activity on your account.

Acceptable Use

Don't use Gametime to:

• Create harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Harass or harm others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Violate any laws

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content

Your Content: You own the games you create. By using the service, you grant us a license to store and display your content to provide the service.

AI Content: Game content is generated by AI based on your inputs. While we aim for appropriate content, you're responsible for reviewing games before playing with others.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Gametime available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Pricing

Gametime is currently free during beta. If we introduce paid features, we'll notify you in advance. Any paid services will be clearly marked.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
